Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

       We are manufacturer. We have our own plant/workshop, on-site lab, R&D center, delivery team & vehicles.

Q2: Can i visit your factory?

       Yes, we welcome you to visit us at anytime. Please contact us in advance for your schedule.

Q3: Can i have your sample?

       Yes. sample within 1kg is free to offer. the courier charge/shipping cost is on your account. 

       If you have agent in China, we can send to your agent address for free.

Q4: What is the MOQ to start business?

       1 ton for in-stock products.

       20ft 15tons for customized products.

Q5: What is the Loading Quantity?

      15tons 25kg packing for 20ft.

      28tons 25kg packing for 40ft.

Q6: Are your products palletized?

      It is optional for customer.

Q7: What  currency do you accept for deals?

       Mainly US Dollar,  Chinese Yuan.

       Please check with us in advance if you want to pay in other currency.

Q8: What's the payment term?

       Payment term is negotiable. Generally T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q9:  What are your delivery terms?

       EXW, FOB/FCA, CFR/CNF/C&F, CIF

Q10:What type of packaging do you offer?

        Bag packaging, 25kg/20kg/1kg, 500g/250g/220g/250g,  35g/30g/15g

        Bottle packaging: 300g/500g/1000g

Q11: What is your delivery time?

         Normally 12-28 days after advance payment received. 

Q12: What certifications do you have?

         We have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRGS, Halal, SNI certificates, etc.
